The United States Federal Department of Anomalous Suppression (F.D.A.S) had a huge leak recently. There have been rumors circulating for decades about what the department was made for, and what it does behind closed doors. I'm sure all of you have seen their work appear in the news: people being arrested only to be disappeared off the streets, people in prison suddenly vanishing along with all records of them ever being there, political enemies and whistleblowers inexplicably "committing suicide" but their bodies are never found for their families to mourn... none of it is a coincidence. It always comes back to the FDAS.
I know they're the force that's behind the disappearances, it's always just the "why" I can never answer. Why do these people keep disappearing? What causes someone to vanish when another may not? I keep trying to read between the lines, to find some hidden source, but I keep drawing blanks everywhere I turn.
I've been pouring over the newly leaked records for months now. There are so many people, and every one of them is registered as dead. But today I came across the first file of someone that actually survived being disappeared. Not only did he survive, but he's returned home to his family. He's gone back to being a normal person again. Well... that last part is mostly a lie. He's not a normal person, not anymore. Something is wrong with him, something so wrong I can barely consider him human at all. Nobody just "survives" a hole through the chest and lives to tell the tale.
He was only 17 when he vanished off the streets. Now he's in his late 20s and is out there "exterminating anomalies" and "victims corrupted by Zalgo", whatever that means. He's also going to college and getting a degree while he's making youtube videos about his adventures like any other normal person.
Marcus Tomford... something tells me there's a lot more to you than meets the eye. Something tells me all these red lines are connected back to you, and I'm gonna find out why.
