Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 2 tablespoons truffle oil. 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded. 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated. 1 lemon, thinly sliced. 2 cups arugula. Salt and black pepper to taste. Red pepper flakes optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 475F 245C. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Drizzle the truffle oil evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the dough. Arrange the lemon slices on top of the cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly. Top the cooked pizza with fresh arugula and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes if desired. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
