okay thought:
Stiles and Derek are newly together, Stiles is super insecure, wondering why Derek is with him, the usual. Then Derek dumps him, hard, for someone else. Confirms all of Stiles' fears, blah blah blah. BUT WAIT! Story switches to Derek's POV and we see that he is under a spell, and he's fighting tooth and nail, screaming in his head, hating himself for the things hes being made to say to Stiles. wants to die at the look on Stiles face, etc etc
So Stiles wallows for a bit but then something he sees Derek do around town, or maybe hears him say, and it hits him that thats not like Derek, and he researches and realises that Derek is under a spell by this person, they forced him to say and do that stuff, and he rescues Derek, and it ends with like
"I thought you hated me"
"Baby how could you ever think that"
then its just fluff and sex and fluff, Derek proving to Stiles how much he loves him, and its all just gooey and wonderful after all the angst 🥰
Ooh, the angst in this would be delicious... I just know Stiles wouldn't even be surprised, really, bc of course this thing with Derek couldn't be serious... Ah...
And then, after he realises what's happening, he just goes feral on this person... He doesn't care whether Derek really likes him or not, he simply wants to protect him and return his independence...
