Each dorm has a community (i.e. to share with the whole building) kitchen available. Vegetarian options are usually rather limited. They do have quite a bit of tofu-option food, but like in the cafeterias, it’s often limited to salads or rice or pasta. They do have sweet n sour tofu or things like that every once in a while. Campus center is usually slightly better.

You’re absolutely welcome! I know the feeling of freaking out about college and the future and moving away from home, let alone so far! So although I usually only help with school/academic related questions, I am always here if any of you ever need a friendly ear and any advice I can offer, I absolutely will!

1 What is your favourite colour and what it means for you?

i'm not sure if i have a favorite color but i love green because it means calm, it means home (i grew up in the woods), and it means adventure

2 What is your favourite book and why?

probably looking for alaska (i say that at the risk of sounding painfully basic tumblr girl) but i read it in 8th grade and it really struck me. i remember gasping out loud when alaska died and i'm not that emotional of a person so i found it really compelling that a book could have that kind of effect on me. i love my copy of it because i've used it kind of like a diary, it's full of writing, doodles and highlighted favorite passages

3 What do you hate most?

when i feel like i don't matter to anyone or for any reason

4 What do you love most?

cuddling, either under the stars or by a fire
