Iām thinking I can start this off around...the end of next week? No-one seemed to object to my vague plot ideas of, modern-day holiday fake-relationship AU, so I think thatās what itāll be? With 8 of us (which means 9 chapters, since Iāll pop back in at the very end), I think that should be roughly 3-4 days between posting dates, so Iāll do the schedule by the end of this week; let me know if thereāre any dates/days of the week/etc that *wonāt* work for you, if you havenāt already. :-)

i believe thatā¦ something. fate? the universe? the gods? puts some people in our lives because theyāre meant to be there, whether that be as a friend, a lover, or as someone we graft into our family. iād even go so far as to say iāve met a few of mine.

iām procrastinating a 1300 word paper thatās due tuesday, a 6 page paper thatās due on the 8th, and 10 pages of original fiction that are due on the 7th. also, tfw no bf

sleeping. i mean, iām gonna operate on the technicality that this meansĀ āmentally healthyā too & that being constantly awake wouldnāt drive me absolutely bonkers. if so, being able to pull an all-nighter for school or just drive non-stop when i wanna travel cross-country would be much more beneficial than the maybe 90 minutes/day i could cut out by not eating/drinking ever again

I am a strong believer that the more you know about an actor the harder it is to disconnect the celebrity from the character(s) they portray on screen. One of the things I least enjoy about tumblr and fandom in general is the insatiable need to pick at every detail of a personās private life; the more I know the more Iām guaranteed I DIDNāT want to know about somebody, you get me?Ā
I too long for the days of FC/Shame etc. when he was just a gorgeous and brilliant young thing that burst into our psyches, and he was making really interesting, bold choices with his roles. I find the past few years to be a lot ofĀ āmaking movies with young and old whiteĀ āfamousā auteur male directors for the prestigeā and I think he needs to get back to looking for some solid roles and scripts not solely designed to be Oscar bait or for giant opening weekends.
