But yes! The role does mostly belong to another but they are retired and like to chill around in the sky!

I thought it would be very silly to add in my wh sona in this >< Cloudy, he used to do the weather before he gave that to Howdy!

So yea, I say sort of mostly because he didn't originally have that role! :oD
