Being de-programmed/anti consumerist is so funny bc I pay really close attention to a/d/s but not in the way that they want me to. I’ll look at what they are trying to sell and make trendy. I can find myself seeing patterns in the ‘trends’ and ‘fashions’ these huge places want to push. To me, it looks like the huge majority want ‘Corporate Memphis’ to become a reality.
