Quirk: Voice Distortion

-His voice can either naturally distort to make it sound like a certain person, a chorus of people or a “glitched out” version, like how in some covers of the song “Outer Science” are edited to make the singer sound glitched.

-He can only copy people’s voices for a few seconds and only if he’s heard their voice before. If he uses his voice too much, a searing pain like acid hits his throat and he can’t use his voice for about 2 and a half weeks. He’s usually quiet because of this but when he gets too excited or into something, his voice naturally distorts, also contributing to whether it gives way or not soon.

Etc: He’s a natural trickster that likes to mess around with people for fun, though he can get out of hand sometimes. He became a villain because he agreed with Stain’s views, though he doesn’t think there are that many differences from heroes and villains; he thinks they’re both equally bad. He doesn’t talk much do to his quirk and likes to wear a face mask outside, both to cover his identity and to give people a sign not to talk to him. He uses his quirk to lure people to the attacking villain.

History

When he was younger, his father never really agreed with all the hero propaganda and stuff so he would try and tell other people about that. Because of this, he had a lot of heroes viewing him as a pest and one day, a man was sent to their apartment to injure or at least silence his dad. His dad was not there that day and his mother refused to tell the person where his father was, telling him to hide somewhere so he doesn’t get taken away. He hides in a kitchen cabinet, and as his mother is trying to get the man out of their home, reaching the kitchen, she is brutally hit time over time by a weapon the guy had. She didn’t survive the attack and the whole incident was unfortunately witnessed by him. His father came back quick and decided a few days later they would go into hiding, changing their appearances as well as their names and where they lived.
