Anyone else think that chapter 14 sidequest with the doctor is weird? I mean, he's asking Aerith to get a behemoth horn and the only place you can find it is deep ground. And it's not the first time she's got those ingredients for him. Meaning Aerith knows about deep ground and has been in there more than once. Not only that, but he's got no issues asking her to get a behemoth horn in the first place.

Who were the architects for ShinRa?
The ShinRa building is like an ultimate hide and seek fortress in FF VII Bits of pointless walls and statues that you can hide around and behind.
While down stairs in Deep ground it's more like an amusement park with the train ride and all.
ShinRa Architect: "Well we have made a masterpiece, boys! The company was so happy they want us to build another room downstairs... We'll have to top the hide and seek fortress.. So I was thinking something more in the lines of The Gold Saucer."

Silent Season has been releasing quite a phenomenal slew of releases this year and one of my favorites from the label is definitely Purl's Deep Ground. Ludvig Cimbrelius aka Purl released his more ambient-focused record A Quiet Awakening on Dewtone Recordings back in April and it seems like he took his ability to create calming atmospheres and then added in his own dub techno influences.
Sus is the second track and major highlight on Deep Ground.  The track starts off sounding a bit like William Basinski's Disintegration Loops but then the beat unfurls and the synth pads expand to a soothing bliss.  Check it out above.
