Look how far my hands were from my foot in 2015...Look how tight my back n shoulders were ..๐ฒ And look at me flipping my grip yesterday on the beach finding ease and taking longer n deeper breaths in the pose...Although I still use a strap on my tighter side but it will eventually open up like this! #dedicatedpractice is key!! If you can smile in a pose that means you're breathing ๐๐ Oh well I said it last week ..back bends are equivalent to pain in my case so the journey continues today I guess, however I have to admit that those poses that I've diligently practiced and incorporated in my daily practice such us king pigeon, dancer, camel and kapotasana have been rewarding and shown tangible progress over the past few years.
