Cotes sure is something. At least it’s bit different to Fodlan but that doesn’t matter. It was a good thing she didn’t chose the other that involves ghosts because she’s afraid of them. So she decided to give a visit to that tree that involves marshmallows and some jibba-jabba.

Sure, marshmallows are nice but the risks might be a mystery around here that she asked with a bit of worry on Riddle.

“...I do not understand how these diamonds can act much like snow and ice.” The diamonds were as cold to the touch as the snow and ice that made up Kamui, and when packed together tightly resulted in many things being frozen right where they were. From what he knew diamonds could not do such a thing.

Perhaps someone would find it odd if someone were to ask the young man how they fair in this place. As much as he did enjoy this place much more then the world he was previously in, it’s hard to find yourself use to paradise after being thrown into hell itself. The theater Dwight happen to look around was very peaceful. Safe. Yet there are times where his mind would wonder off to something dark. If the white pillars were in ruins, or if the sky above them suddenly turned dark... What kind of normal thoughts is that in the end!?

I think it’s black but Ogata would answer he doesn’t care.

How does the first impression your muse gives off differ from their true selves?

This can play out in  multitude ways and frankly depends on a person too. Narrative surrounding Ogata is lots of hinting, he’s extremely hard to read, that’s how he’s in the story too. Ogata’s not someone who will go his way to please others for the sake of good talk, rather he’s got the tendency to just... be mean sometimes.He’s direct but minds his own business at the end of the day unless there’s something to gain... but that said I don’t think he’s like HUGE opportunist jumping at every whatever opportunity of self-gain either really? 

Generally it was a well known fact within the military that he was lieuetenant general Hanazawa’s bastard child and some people would look down on him in regard that, avoid him maybe and ostracize. His personality doesn’t help this at all.

He’s direct and doesn’t care to please others even play nice but he’s not overly outspoken to people that are act in  bad faith towards him either. He doesn’t clear up misunderstandings, keeps all to himself so that’s naturally something that can cause conflict. He’s very strict on others, again something that can cause conflict. He’s serial  traitor so no one trusts him. People of 7th division generally speak  him as “two faced” (aside from poking fun of his birth circumstances&mother wildcat also can mean fraud etc.) thinking he has no moral code. 

 Sugimoto says he thinks he’s out to disappoint everyone but also Asirpa says that she doesn’t think that’s what it is - and frankly I don’t either? 

I think Ogata did want to belong somewhere initially, maybe he still longs for it even. Ogata does have high guard on him but I wouldn’t go as far as saying that he’s trying to mask it. Ogata himself sees him as incomplete and he’s sort of ...acting that part, not literally acting though but rather living what he believes he is. Ogata’s obsessed with how he is and his birth circumstances, it’s something that’s been there his whole life. He’s obsessed about how he’s “turned out to be”. To some degree he is the product of his surroundings but he’s also cut lots of those connections himself (though granted most of these connections just weren’t good if ANY). I think at the core Ogata wanted/wants to be good but it’s ...he doesnt act on it.
