Pairing: Castiel x Child!reader

You were a smart girl, even at the age of only 5 you knew that Santa didn’t exist but was rather something the adults made up in order to keep Christmas magical. That wasn’t necessary for you though, you still believed in magic, especially considering that you were friends with an angel and a witch. 

“Y/N? Where are you darling?”, you heard Sam’s voice through the bunker and quickly ran up to him. Your little feet carried you until you crashed into his legs. 

“Sammy!”, you giggled happily while he picked you up with a smile. 

“How is my little troublemaker today? Did you sleep well?”, he then asked looking at you and ruffling through your hair in the same moment.

“I did Sammy! I’m excited for Christmas! I have all of the presents wrapped already so you don’t see them!”, you grinned which caused him to kiss your cheek gently.

“Already? Wow! I would never peek, Dean maybe, but I wouldn’t.”, he assured you gently before walking into the kitchen with you on his arms. 

“Are you hungry? I thought about making pancakes…”, Sam began then saw Dean sitting there. 

“Deany! Why are you awake already?”, you gasped pretending to be shocked. 

Sam quickly placed you on the chair beside Dean and went ahead to start with the pancake batter. 

“Well darling, I wanted to make sure I have enough time to get the best present for you!”, Dean smiled tiredly and took a sip of his coffee.

“But Deany, just having you and Sammy is the bestest present I could get!”, you smiled happily moving up to hug Dean.
