Blooper Language
So in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door there is a Blooper encounter which gives off some interesting dialogue. The Blooper speaks in a Blooper language which gets translated for us, this reveals to us Bloopers have their own language.
To go alongside this, in Dance Dance Revolution Mario Mix there is a Giant Blooper encounter, in it Toad says he doesn't speak Squidish. This puts a name on the language the Bloopers speak. So yeah, Bloopers have their own language.
