You know ever since I first saw Mandavi in the RS Ramayan in DD I got the feeling that I had seen her somewhere before but I really couldn't place where. Well, yesterday I was about to fall asleep and I began thinking about how Shaheer Sheikh played Arjun in Mahabharat on Star and also played Ritesh in Best of Luck Nikki and the it stuck me where I had seen Mandavi before.

Okay but the realest scene in dd ramayan is when Lakshman is describing Ram and his reaction after having seen Sita to Bharat and Shatrughan all animatedly and then he sees Ram at the door and stops immediately and like kind of lowers his head as if he were Krishn caught eating Makkhan (which I know happens in the next yug but still. Same vibes.) Like this is such a pure moment A+ brotherly bonding.
Okay but can we talk about how when Ram and Sita were getting married Lord Shiv and Bramha Dev and Uma Devi and Saraswati Devi were like hey our bros are getting married (again) we should go to their wedding and then they did. Like seriously Lord Vishnu and Maa Lakshmi had friends present in their wedding and this pleases me beyond bounds and reason.

I love 'Hum Van Ke Vaasi' and 'Hum Katha Sunate' so much like I can't even ;-; pure facts and so much spite and it's in verse and it makes people cry! What's not to like!!!!

Hey! In that post, about "Janata se zyada nirdayi aur swarthi koi nahi hota," do you remember where in DD Uttar Khand Rama says it? Not looking for exact episode, but general point in the story. Like before Sita leaves for her second exile, or when they're speculating about his remarriage?

I don't remember the exact episode but iirc, this is after Ram hears the rumours about Sita himself and before vanvas 2.0. He discusses it very vaguely with her (she doesn't know what they're talking about yet) and then Sita says something like, "Janta knows the best about what to do," and at this Ram is very agitated and says, "Nahi Site, Janata se zyada nirdayi aur swarthi koi nahi hai."
