i thought of this cool au . so (u now avatar the last airbender. ) and we love ramayan . (i am anatla fan and if u have seen my posts are mostly atla) so atla x ramayan.
starting with ayodhya it's a fire bending kingdom . the radhuvamshis are fire benders because they are direct descendents of the sun. and fire benders power is mainly from the sun. (except shatrughan who is a non bender but is a badass archer and leader of the non bender section of the military.)
ram is obvi the avatar. laxman is the hier to the throne. bharat is a sun warrior.
mithila is an earth bending kingdom and their patron goddess is bhu devi. so sita is an earth bender. she developed siesmic sense so can earth bend in even pure darkness.
so book 1 is earth were ram learns earth bending sita vishvamitra are his earth bending teachers. book 1 ends with a earth bending battle with parasururam and ram (pr natural element is earth) .
book 2 air .ram's exile and airbenders have a lot of connections to spirits (so do other bender but in my au airbenders have this special skill) ram learns airbending from the rishi's he meets . and hanuman during aranya kandam. book 2 ends with sunderkandam.
book 3 water. pulastya's line through his rakshas dil kaikesi are water benders. ravan is a threat meghanath a prodigy (master bloodbender) and vibhishan is the zuko of this au. during vibhishan's final request ravan challenges him to a duel gouges on of his eye out. so he has a scar. and joins team avatar. (aka ram and avanar sena)

I would suggest Lakshman also be a non bender and learn earth bending or water bending later (yk snakes and all)
And Shatrughan to be the sun warrior cuz Sudarshan Chakra shit while Bharat can be the heir to the throne (Manthara is very happy)
