I think the fact that Mad Hatter and Clock King are brothers should be used more. (Confirmed in Batman 66 comic issue 4: The Hatter Takes the Crown! and the Clock King Strikes!)
There's angst and there's humor; both in that the Alice in Wonderland Hatter was trapped in an eternal tea party by Time, and just Jervis and CK's personalities would be a fun dynamic.
It'd also be neat to use this dynamic and include Beverly. (Clock King's sister in World's Finest Comics #111)
What was she like besides disabled and dead? How would a dynamic between Beverly and Jervis play out? How would a dynamic between all three siblings play out? How does Jervis feel about her death? Did Jervis and CK grieve together?
