-> hi, welcome to my blog! it's so very nice to meet you.

i'm a roleplayer and this blog originally started out as a separate space from my main to focus on my muses and writing.

however, as of late, i haven't had a lot of time to actually roleplay or write, and i found myself getting quite invested in dc comics instead, so that's what i usually (re)blog about currently. who knows how i'll be feeling a year from now.

i usually update my pinned from time to time and i put my interests in the tags, usually reflecting what i'm currently obsessed with. i still like other stuff! but i can only focus on a few interests at a time.

i neither have a fixed byf nor an organised tagging system, it's a wild wild west out here. i will let you know that replying isn't my strong suit and i have a poor memory. please click on my images for higher quality.

dazzwolve!: i ship it!

aka alison blaire x laura kinney, it's a rarepair pretty much initiated by @rooskayas and me :)

what made you ship it?

the x-terminators comics, particularly the moment when laura's arm gets sliced off and alison tears off a part of her shirt to dress it up even though laura insists it's fine because she has regeneration powers — and then they hold hands together :)

but really, i personally started to see their romantic potential when lia and i started to rp these two and the nuances of their dynamics really resurfaced.

although laura and alison don't interact much in canon, they're the kind of ship to me which provides a lot of fascinating things to explore, really, because of who they are themselves. their personalities and lifestyles are different, but they don't exactly clash, they actually do mesh well because they complement each other quite well —

alison doesn't see laura as a ruthless monster or a cold-hearted weapon, and laura doesn't know about dazzler's past scandals or failures. they both met at the right time, i feel, because they're at this points of their lives where it's like, they both just want to be normal despite their extraordinary lives.

laura wants to come out of her comfort zone and live life a little more as well as become close with her family, and alison has the experience to have seen the worst of the world yet still believe in the power of happiness, friendships, and living in the moment. on the other hand, laura provides alison a sense of stability; really, they both would have each other's backs because they're loyal and supportive and also understand how chaotic and messy life can be. in a way, they're giving each other as well as themselves a chance they didn't know they needed – an opportunity for a new chapter, new beginnings.

what are your favorite things about the ship?

all of the jokes, memes, edits, and headcanons lia and i come up with for them !!

laura being the dad friend and alison being the mom friend of the group

their height difference - laura is 5'1" while alison is 5'11"

whenever gabby, laura's younger sister, is involved in the shenanigans <3 throw in melody, saberhagen, and jonathan (the pets), and their family is pretty much complete

whenever their friends, especially @tabithassmiths's tabitha smith and johnny smith, are their wing(wo)man!!

their playlist which currently has over 6.6k songs and is maybe nearly four hundred hours long

is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship?:

it is hilariously written and captures the chaotic wlw inner turmoil so well. it's the way both of these characters are drop dead gorgeous yet they doubt themselves UGHH. also the way charlie does seem intimidating af but she's just so cute really. AND THE DAZZWOLVE ENERGY IS OFF THE CHARTS I CAN SEE THIS BEING LIKE THEIR COLLEGE AU
