Daytime Shenanigans July 31
Hello worldly people! How art thou?
I’m bored again. I had a nice rush today when I got in at noon. Good tips and okayish people today, so that’s good. What isn’t good is when they all leave and I have nothing to do! Oh well I guess.
Cute old couple came in today and shared a meal. It was so adorable, as they were probably in their 80’s and still very much in love. They were talking about their grandchildren and how their children were, it was very obvious they loved their family. I love stories like that, a couple together for a long time and still caring about each other and the family. Makes me see the good in the world each time, because I’m pretty jaded against it. Drunks and druggies do that to a person I guess…
Anyway! It’s a good boring day of +30 C outside and I get to enjoy it tonight. ALSO! I have tomorrow off… COMPLETELY!!! 😻😻😻
It’s been way to long since that’s happened! The weather is going to be nice, and I’m going to rock something other than a uniform!!! Another thing is my fiancée has tomorrow off too! We work opposite shifts, and never are able to see each other for longer than an hour at a time. Now we have all night, all day and all night! Guess we are going to do?!? 😆
