I can’t remember.

I am too tired and stressed from this stupid Speech Contest at school.

It’s my own fault for not planning my time and lessons better.

I found it quite funny when a couple of my third graders just refused to do their work and gave me a straight ‘No!’ to my face.

I replied by writing their names on the board, which meant that they didn’t get their gold stars which they earn every day. They probably shouldn’t have tried to play ‘chicken’ with me just to see if I’d cave or lose my temper.

Who cares at this point?

I still feel a bit raw after writing a ‘Dear John’ (or ‘Dear Joan’?) letter to X last night. But at least my body doesn’t hurt from pounding away at my punching bag. On the plus side, I’ve re-discovered my love for gangster rap after using it as a soundtrack for my impromptu workout.

I think I might skip the Halloween party and Diwali celebration I’ve been invited to in the next two weeks. My body and brain can’t keep up with all this activity. I need to slow down and rest.
