After the attack on Gülnihal,
Daye Hatun seems really angry at the talking down she is receiving from İbrahim here. Like she sees him too young and inexperienced to be talking to her like that. Sümbül doesn't have such a notion and he is already pissed at the "murderer", so he doesn't take it badly but Daye looks like she is thinking "I'll put you over my knee."
The thing is every person in this conversation already knows who the attacker is. So Daye's indignation is quite justified.
