Day 84 of 365; Some people would put things like worship services and Eucharist on pedestals which would require a lot of things in order to be appreciated. But, on the night that Jesus had dinner with his friends, family, and even with those who would betray him, it was a simple matter. They simply gathered and shared a meal. Until Christ began speaking and regarding the bread as his body and the cup of wine as his blood. It was a solemn and meaningful meal, but it was never fancy. This is the charm of our community meal each sunday. The table was open for everyone, no membership requirements, no other requirements at all and we are all invited to come, taste, and see. . . . #day84of365 #perspectives #palmsunday #eucharist #communitymeal #photoaday
