Background information:

- Phoenix was quite a handful as a child, often terrorizing the poor creatures of the Everfree Forest. Often giving her mother’s quite a scare when she’d return with a Timberwolf leg in her maw and several splinters, saying “I never found the ingredients I needed!” When in reality she could’ve just went to the market only a few ways from their cozy home.

- Growing up with a shy mother and often busy mom, Phea never really had a normal childhood. Often spending time at home with Flutters while making tea for the animals. When she could, she’d follow Spitfire to work and practice her flying. Being the daughter of two fine fliers (even if one hadn’t been an avid), she expecting to have her cutie mark in some sort of flying but one day when she was brewing tea for her mother’s party she found an image of a steam cup of herbal tea. This couldn’t be, she was destined to fly beyond peaks of ice! To burn trails of fires in her speedy wake! Not make some filly tea for some pretty upper crust’s party!

- With this knowledge she begged her mother’s to enroll her in flight school although they’d both already agreed prior that they’d take her there anyways. After enrolling, she quickly rose up the ranks. Eventually becoming one of the youngest fliers to graduate flight school. Afterwards Phea worked to become part of the royal guard, and now is the guardian of Prince Apollo Helios.

- her favorite color is purple, and she hates the color blue.

- no one is really sure why Apollo and Hestia on occasion calls her ‘mint’ and ‘rose burn’ but it’s just become her name and at this point she just gave up correcting them.

Nicknames: Daws, Dawn, Dash. J(r)

Background information:

- Arrogant in every aspect, Dawnovan believes his skills are surpassed by no one but his mother and father. He is very prideful of his mother and father almost to a fault, often bragging that they were the best ponies in equestria.

- As a colt he’d often find himself in some trouble as he’d pick fights with his fellow flight school students, including his best friend; Phoenix Rise. Longtime rival and best friend. During his time as a student, he’d often claim he would surpass his parents and become the fastest Pegasus in Equestrian. Unfortunately his speed averages only a little below his friend Phoenix and sister Iris.

- Dawn isn’t the brightest in the bunch, but he when he knows he’ll put his words where his hooves are and make it work. Even if he doesn’t entirely understand.

- Even though he’s rougher than diamonds in stone, he’s very caring for those he’s close to. Especially his family and friends. But often he remains oblivious of new people, forgetting names and not acknowledging them.

Trivia:

- He knows he will never really be as fast as his parents or sister. To be honest, he is the slowest in the family. Only faster than the average Pegasus but nothing more than that.

- He, Apollo and Cassandra are the only ones who know Phea’s secret about wanting to open a tea shop.

- His favorite color is blue and his least favorite color is green

- Soarin and Rainbow were concerned for him when he was younger because he had impulsive tendencies.

- One time when he was at the store he forgot to take Iris (his little sister) back with him home. Dawnovan has a tendency to forget about Iris, but in truth he does care.

- His parents instructed him on his flight skills in hopes of helping him improve. But with time, his ability to read the environment very much helped him standout.

- He is best friends with Phoenix Rise.

- Cassandra De Li, daughter of Fluer De Li and Fancy Pants, is his girlfriend. Although rumor has it that they are a bit on the rocks currently.

- He hates Prince Apollo Helios

- He tried to become part of the royal guard and ended up dropping out and rejoining the races

Background information:

- being the younger sister isn’t fun, but she’d rather be that than some stupid noble. Which is what she’d claim and swear to her best friends, Duchess Gala and Princess Arte. At a young age she discovered how much attention you get when your the oldest, and being the youngest you often are overlooked which brings some good luck when you accidentally broke your mom’s favorite trophy or punched that filly in the face for calling her a birdbrain.

- Iris noticed how she had a talent in looking, watching, observing. She’d seemed to inherit her mother’s speed and sight, making her a good pony in rescue missions.

- Iris never really was close to either of her parents, due to them often fretting over her brother’s mishaps. She didn’t care, maybe a little bit, but either way she didn’t care. If someone needed help, then as long as they got it it wasn’t her problem.

- When her team wasn’t out in search of some missing pony or some pony in trouble, they’d station in Canterlot and rest till they were called up again. During this time, she’d become good friends with Duchess Gala and Princess Artemis. Even though she’d already met the night princess prior due to Aunt Rarity being such a close family friend. Sometimes, the two royals would even accompany her on missions.

Trivia:

- she is faster than her brother and father (barely), but cannot surpass her mother.

- One time, she was forgotten at the store and it became a traumatic experience for her as she wandered for hours in search of her way home. Eventually her mother found her and took her home then gave her hot cocoa and cookies.

- She’s close with Phoenix but not really, mostly rivals to a certain extent.

- Gala and her dated briefly but nothing really came of it.

- She holds regret over a certain mission she was apart of, one night a bat pony settlement in a valley caught fire in the night so she and her team went to help rescue and evacuate people. When a single mother was screaming for her lost filly, Iris went back to search for her but could not find her due to the dark and smoke. She was forced out due to the place going down in flames, the filly’s body was never found but it is assumed she burned to death. Iris still holds regret over this incident, never really forgiven herself for not being able to find that little filly.

Youngest foal to Lt. Rainbow Dash and Soarin of the Wonderbolts, and the younger brother of Splendor Rain. Dawn was often fussed over more than his sister, considering he was the one with wings. He had lots of ambition to be like his parents, but still kept a drive to be noble one day. He often went with his friend, Haven Radiance, to meetings in the royal business.

Dawn specializes in weather racing. His cutie mark shows his ability to soar so high he rises above the clouds to meet to the sun’s light. The rays of sunlight what truly brings him joy, but never as much as his time with Haven.

- he and Haven met at the most coincidental moment that neither of them still believe it was possible.

> they met during an eclipse, Haven was leaving the Overshadowing Gala due to ‘getting overwhelmed’. On her way she bumped into a specifically ‘interesting’ stallion.
