Alright, finishing off the David tetralogy, we have David David or... not quite, his name in the current TNMN timeline is actually...
He is a tenant from a middle-class apartment sheltered by the D.D.D. themselves after the death of his only guardian in the massacre of his previous apartment.
David is only a year older than Anastacha Mikaelys, being 14 years of age. He was born on November 14, 1941.
An odd boy of few words and an odd "job" that keeps him afloat despite the D.D.D.'s neglect.
Despite saying he comes from school, he's always either got weird dried stains or rust on his uniform.
Izaack is his official foster father, though David doesn't really consider him as one.
A certain perpetually tired teenage girl meets with him at a junkyard every two weeks, they seem to be holding off well despite the presence of doppelgangers.

David was born to a single mother and was raised in one of the lower-class apartments dubbed as Apartment P3. However, due to a lack of foresight on the D.D.D.'s part and their disregard for the lower apartments, a massacre happened that wiped out the apartment of its tenants---of a great number of victims, only a little boy survived and that was David Stewart.
Because of the massacre's popularity, the D.D.D. had to make accommodations for David especially seeing as his face and name was now on TV and newspaper headlines. As a kid, he was taken in as a tenant of Apartment G1 and was given a one time heap of groceries and other necessities before inevitably being left to rot the same as other orphaned kids in the doppelganger era as soon as the sensation over him died down.
However, David was no ordinary kid. He took it upon himself to work for a certain shady organization and started stealing to keep himself alive.
When he got caught pickpocketing a student in front of a different school, survival instincts overran his mind and he beat him up to a pulp before running away with just enough money to purchase two of his favorite bounty bars. Unbeknownst to him, one of the schoolgirls, who goes by the name Anastacha, had somehow taken interest in him and followed him into his hangout place---the junkyard.
Since then, they've been hanging out at the junkyard every two weeks as part of their routine. Just sitting on cars, throwing rocks at glass bottles, and bonding over absent dads and their shared feeling of being the odd one out. Away from the adults and without fear of any doppelgangers.
Alright, for his relationship chart, since the previous one is severely outdated and I'm too lazy, I'm just gonna make some detailed notes of it (ehe):
David and Anastacha are best friends; David is oblivious to his own feelings for Anastacha while Anastacha is well aware (and yet also in denial at the same time) of her having a big crush on David.
The likes of the Cappuccin don't like David very much. David has already tried to steal from Rafttellyn before and she still carries that grudge with her.
Izaack considers David family, but it does not apply the other way around. David sees him more as a pesky reporter who is loud and annoying.
The Schmichts remind David of a previous childless couple who used to give him bread before they disappeared.
When Anastacha introduced David to the Peachman brothers, he got along with them very well, especially Robertsky who shared the same quiet intensity as him.
Nacha and Francis doesn't know him personally in this timeline so they are strangers to him.
As a bonus: Edward David is actually his real father and David has been trying to find him because he has been absent for most of his life. However, this arc only ever really starts towards the end of the doppelganger era.
