Yurbuds. They're a little more expensive but they stay put. They have buds and other models, but more importantly they're waterproof. Look em up, I have a pair. 10/10 recommend.

Yurbuds are pretty good. I have small ears and they still hurt mine but at least stay in place.

There's yurbuds, Motorola has a wireless over the ear set, and I think ironman has some.
