Sharing you this simple recipe: 1/4 cup Datu Puti Sukang Tagalog 1/8 cup Datu Puti ToyoMagic 1/2 Kilo Beef Tapa 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 Clove Garlic 1 Tsp Pepper corn 1 Tsp Black Pepper 1/8 cup Corn for toppings Instructions: 1. Mix Beef, Datu Puti Sukang Tagalog, Datu Puti Toyomagic, sugar, garlic, pepper corn and peppers in a bowl and marinate overnight. 2. Boil the beef with a little water 3.
