Testing out an 8-rep max single leg deadlift for @activeliferx performance care. Since the @crossfitgames this past summer I have done this movement 2-3 times a week but with MUCH lighter weight at higher reps and I held a single KB in one arm. This was a huge change for me and very challenging. Balance was a huge factor. This is 215# and that's where I stopped. Hard to get set at the bottom and control the weight. I need to clean this up big time but I will take it for my first time. Finding new movements and areas that I am weak or that I suck at aka #roomforimprovement.
