What are your predictions? And yes I’m talking about new songs that like haven’t been played live before ever. I’m also classifying the ones that have only played in online concerts so far as “new”. And basically… ,

we really shouldn’t.

It really wouldn’t be fair. We didn’t get anything new in the other legs of the tour either, which is still good.

But if we did… there’s definitely a producer I’d hope to see… I’m pretty sure it’s Miku’s first concert in the Philippines…https://www.youtube.com/@Dasucakies

You know it would be so peak. I have many hopes for this song in particular. A flashing strobe screen at the start, maybe in the chorus too, the title of the song behind him, len with red hair, len in that outfit in general (I’m not sure if he’s an OC so maybe it’s not allowed), idk if the outfit would be needed all the lights would be red immediately.

It’s been a dream to have it performed for a while, and it turns ten next year if I’m correct. Especially if it finds itself in magical mirai as the lenset.

It’d be really funny if they shadow dropped it and played it once in Manila but nowhere else, and THEN announced it for magical mirai on the album next year. They would never.

If we got it soon though it would kinda mess stuff up since you’ve also gotta factor in the still missing 2023 ONLINE songs and songs from mirai 25. The west will want Nakakapagpabagabag, as they’ll probably also want Ego Rock, which is replaceable with Lavie.

Before I get to general predictions for this concert, I wanna talk about what on Earth happens after. We’ll probably get MIKU EXPO 2026 in America, Europe and maybe Australia again, maybe with MIKU WITH YOU somewhere in the middle (which seems like a lot but it happened last year. I doubt they’ll discontinue MIKU WITH YOU just because they’re started(?) doing Asian tours, but it feels possible. See the west is DEFINITELY gonna want Shoujo A, and we might see it in this concert too, but they’ve still definitely got to do Karma at some point. Idk if they’ll keep Karma for English speaking places and save Shoujo A for predominantly Europe but I can imagine that making a lot of people mad. Maybe they’ll alternate between locations? I don’t really feel like you can’t treat them as equals, unlike Ego Rock and Lavie. It’s Rin, so we might be able to get multiple solo sets with her (Shoujo A feels like it should be the next unknown mother goose) but it might mean having to have something else with Len to even it out, which is okay there’s erase or zero and flyaway, but then we’d have to have more with Meiko, which is okay there’s Pheles and hopefully something with Luka from mirai this year… but then I remember last year’s setlist so I suppose they don’t really care.

Also I’ve gotta mention TAK if we’re talking about new songs, they’re Korean but their songs aren’t so I doubt it. They should make the band member intro lol (I’ve gotta make a post about vocaloid songs that would make great band member intros ooo…) I don’t know any other

MIKU EXPO ASIA PREDICTIONS:

- IF THEY GET SHINDE SHIMAU TO WA NASAKENAI BEFORE THE WEST I WILL CRY PLEASE JUST LEAVE OCHAMA SENSOU ALONE THERES A REASON THEY DIDNT DO IT IN MIKU WITH YOU LAST YEAR AND ITS THIS IM TELLING YOU PLEASE

- same with knife knife knife. Please there’s gotta be SOMETHING special about the western concerts

- I do expect something from 2023 else online though! You’ll never guess… it’s wanderlust of course it’s wanderlust PLEEEASSEAESEESE yes I know there are better luka songs but they could turn it out! Make it the most interesting luka set so far! Megurine Luka DIES live on stage in Singapore!

- also maybe Acceleration! If no wanderlust. Maybe it’s honestly more likely. I expect it to be replaced by Venus di Ujung Jari in Indonesia and one of the many Chinese miku songs in China though. Near the middle with the contest winners.

- 1+1 fits the theme but I think that will forever stay in 2023 ONLINE. it has no reason to play. Though, I suppose Midnight Surf had no reason to come to Europe but I’m so glad it did lol

- I’d be really happy to see Shoujo A make its debut NOT as a Rin set. Just like my hopes for magical mirai (no spoilers please). Maybe even replacing unknown mother goose.

- I don’t expect any MIKU WITH YOU themes though! They will stay(?) exclusive to MIKU WITH YOU

- I do hope to see Thunderbolt or Overflow(er) though. Especially Overflow(er)! With all the flowery imagery in the promo image, that’s why. Thunderbolt will probably stay as the Japan tour exclusive. I’d think the same for Overflow(er) but they went through the effort of giving her a new outfit and I don’t think they’d want to hide it

- And of course Yomau Silhouette and Caged Flower! Realistically I’m not sure if we’ll see both but I doubt they’ll keep out Meiko’s new outfit, and again Caged Flower fits the theming of the promotional material. But they’re not necessarily iconic? A lot of these places are having their first ever Miku concerts, there’s much better options to set a good impression. It’d also mean NOTHING is exclusive to BLOOMING or the Japan tours in general I think, apart from Vocaloid Colosseum which I also expect to see in MIKU EXPO Asia, finally!

- fine I suppose I should go into mesmeriser. Idk if it’s as prominent in that part of the world but god I hope it’s there. Idk if I’d rather it establish its presence in the west first- I just wanna know where it is in miku expo bro like where it could place on the setlist. I personally hope it’s near the end or like. Literally the first encore song. Idk if it’ll fit there though since the ending song will probably still be highlight. Maybe not. Who knows. Maybe they’ll kick out imaginary love story.

- LETS DANCE WITH A RHYTHM FROM BANGKOK please but like how the hell is she gonna say with a Rhythm from Kuala Lumpur thays an awful lot of syllables right.

- sharing the world in even more languages that sharing the world shouldn’t be in please

- replace vampire with whatever new deco song they played at magical mirai this year. Because there’s always deco.

- Miku anamanguchi is iconic but maybe it won’t be there, maybe the intro will be something else at least (world is mine probably? Idk though it was the intro for MIKU WITH YOU 2024. Maybe intergalactic bound? Lucky Orb?

- as for various other predictions I’ve got nothing rn. Uh as a Gohan fan it’d be nice to see the miku sing the Chinese version of dreamless dreams it that’d never happen. Wanna see Yī Èr fanclub again and also that other Chinese kagamine song but I also think it’d be best if those stayed MIKU WITH YOU exclusives too. And I want it to be a worldwide childish war ig. But I was thinking about odo. But no I doubt that’s even possible I think it’s too big for the screen. Idk tho it’d be perfect for a future miku expo

- since it’s their first performances in many locations I expect a few classics. The night fever should probably return, maybe with one if the old special outfits it had in older performances because I think it’s inspired by a Chinese quipao but theyve surely played that song in China before. Doctor Funk Beat and Nostalogic are the obvious Kaimei classics but I’d love to see Call!! make its way into that category too, it’s just not popular enough despite being such an iconic performance. Interviewer live needs more love. Shinkai City underground would be nice but I also think it’s too big. And again fire flower fits the theming but we’ve had it so much as of late. Give him a butterfly on his right shoulder ig.

- it’s throughout November so I don’t think snow miku will be a possibility, and we didn’t get her in Australia (well yeah we haven’t had an Australian Christmas in summer snow Miku lol that’s not how snow miku works-) also because it’d be seen as unfair. If we did have her though it’d be funny if they went down with all of them (the ones previously played live ofc) in order throughout the eight locations lol
