Ok so like this will probably be super niche, but I can't be the only one who finds it utterly amazing that they made Fawad Khan just essentially reprise his breakthrough role from like 10 years go.

Basically, in 2010 Fawad Khan starred in the Pakistani drama Dastaan, which was his first major role, the thing that really put him on the scene. I don't even remember watching the show, just parts of it, that I would sometimes watch over my mom's shoulder. We weren't even watching for him, we were watching 'cause we were still in our Ahsan Khan phase and also because Dastaan is based on a novel by Razia Butt, my family's fave Urdu novelist...(damn I should probably go back and watch it)

Anyway, the literal only things that I seem to remember about this show was that it was about Partition, and that Fawad Khan plays a character named Hasan, and that there's a tragic love story.
