I think it’s more like she thinks she’s simply changed. How she was before is just different from how she is now. The darkness is part of who she is right now. And that darkness leads her to be far more selfish and manipulative than she’s ever been.
Very likely. (I'm answering your other reply too over here!) and she will hate herself but I hope nobody else will confuse her being "changed" because she wants to be different with being changed because the darkness makes her perceive the world and process it in a different way!

yes, me too! but it's hard to tell how self-aware she is about the rest, like if she knows that the darkness is manipulating her into manipulating Killian? does she know she wouldn't normally do it? Does she realize that there might be something weird in her not finding anything wrong with this when before she would have never done it? it's like she's possessed but she doesn't know to be, if you ask me. And I hope people won't start hating on Emma over this.
