These Dark & Stormy Popsicles are a refreshing twist on the classic cocktail. Made with ginger beer, dark rum, and lime juice, they're perfect for cooling off on a hot summer day.

Ingredients: 2 cups ginger beer. 1/4 cup dark rum. 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice. Zest of 1 lime.

Instructions: Ginger beer, dark rum, lime juice, and lime zest should all be mixed together in a bowl. Make sure the ingredients are well mixed. Place the mix into popsicle molds. Place popsicle sticks inside the molds. Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid. Take the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy once they are frozen.
