I just learned about this new book, Gótico Tenochtitlan: la disección de las sombras by Cristhian Chavero López, which talks about the goth music scene in Mexico City. As far as I can tell, it is only available in Spanish so far, so my angloparlante followers wouldn't be able to read it, but all my Spanish-speakers out there certainly can.
