ngl i always interpreted the “he” in so far it’s alright as in “she was talking marriage so he had to get out now he’s making up for it by sleeping about” like he’s talking about himself but ashamed to admit it so he’s using the third person as a mask to cover it up. no idea why i always liked to interpret it like that
