okay here is my take on dark!annabeth.
at first when she runs away as a little girl, she is terrified and afraid. she doesn’t want to kill anything or anyone but she does. when Luke and Thalia find her, she pushes the monster inside of her down. but it doesn’t stay down for long. when Thalia dies she spirals but tries to hide it. then she meets percy, she becomes better at hiding it until he’s taken from her. she’s done messing around to the point where she goes to mount olympus to find Hera and to kill her. she doesn’t let anything or anyone get in her way of finding Percy. she will tear olympus down piece by piece until she finds him. if she can’t, someone will pay. her own mother holds her down as she screams to kill Hera. she thinks she could do a better job of running the world. she becomes reckless in everything she does, less planning and strategy, more ruthless killing. she has lost her humanity, and not even the Gods will stop her.
