"I rather agree. What fun is there in a life without risk?"

Loki toasts his shot glass to Darcy's. He must admit, it's pleasant to be back in Midgard of the twenty-first century for a few days.

When one went through what Wade Wilson had in terms physical change, it was safe to say that mirrors were the furthest thing from a friend.  The only times that he’d ever had an occasion to use them were when he had to pick foreign objects from his face, particularly shards of glass or metal.  Other than that, there was no need nor reason.

However, it would seem that the universe was conspiring to confuse him, as well as Darcy.

When he’d awoken that morning, he and Darcy were laying in his bed.  They were both naked after the previous night’s activities and Wade was playing the big spoon.  Sunlight streamed through the window and woke him up.  A look at the alarm clock on the nightstand told him that it was only 8:00 am.

“I’m astounded at how many times you managed to get ‘grandpa’ into that.” Peter looked down at himself and found that she wasn’t wrong when it came to his wardrobe. A scarf, beanie, heavy jacket, a hoodie under that, thick socks (clearly mismatched because matched were bad luck), and long johns under his pants.

“...Are you ten years old with a grudge against me?”

“Story of my life...my autobiography should probably be titled: “9 lives x Infinity”
