listen: as someone who cares about how my blog looks, i understand the desire to adhere to a certain aesthetic. it’s fun, it makes people feel good etc etc. what is not cool is people immediately judging another blog for its lack of aesthetic. there are a ton of fantastic rpers who have “average” themes and not as fancy urls and tags and such. there’s a huge divide between those blogs in most fandoms (i know the trek fandom best, personally) and i am one-hundred-thousand percent DONE.

like, y’all: we all care about star trek. we all love star trek. all of the cliques and shit make the community difficult to get into, and even more difficult to feel happy and wanted when you “get in”.

“ ‘m sorry.. just.. give me a minute..” he whispered into Magnus’s neck not quite willing to lift his head away just yet. He just needed a little bit of a physical contact, and having the other in his arms  with his face buried in his neck needed to be enough, because he couldn’t damn well bring himself to ask for more than that.
