Just over 2 years ago I could not have imagined being the least bit interested in martial arts. I'd heard the terms judo, jujitsu & other arts but was not interested in knowing anything more. As I began learning judo in 2015/16 I realized it's similarities to wrestling I did in high school. I now feel very grateful to study under 2 Yodan 4th degree black belts in judo & DanZan Ryu Jujitsu. These 2 arts seems very align with my Ontological Coach study & my healing Akeru process.
