well if we are being real (like realistic) a couple that NEVER argues is just as bad as a couple whos ALWAYS ARGUING. theres a certain balance u need to reach an equilibrium of voicing ur concerns but also not nitpicking every little thing.

i think danjangz dont have super serious arguments (mostly cuz wony is whipped as hell and lets gaeul win every argument.) tbh i dont even think they argue ab petty things either, mostly just arguing ab where to eat or who has to take the trash out (wony caves like 90% of the time tho)

i think their more serious arguments occur when either of them is REALLY jealous. like if wony saw someone flirting or even looking at gaeul the wrong way, wony would get rlly huffy ab it and go silent. kinda like a pouty toddler in my mind and when gaeul asks whats wrong she always insists its nothing. never lasts more than a couple hours tho bc gaeul coaxes wony to tell her whats wrong and ofc wony folds easily

i like the idea of gaeul being needy bc wy is always booked and busy until they finally get some private time together and she pushes herself onto wy.. (rare but thats what makes wy even more turned on) gaeul doesnt admit it but she is a little jealous of wy’s personal assistant bc shes allowed to follow wy to all her schedules and i guess the jealousy and neediness is what got gaeul so heated that night

u know what anon.. danjangz does severely lack in the smut department... ao3 has lots of 10/10 danjangz fics but no just flat out smut stories.

um i can give it a try. i really believe wy gives very tender aftercare and is just overall super soft with gaeul. if wy is being a little too much, she returns 10x the love and softness she earlier lacked. gaeul likes the hot/cold side of wy n how she can switch from stone cold to super soft and caring in a matter of seconds.

i also see danjangz as that couple who takes roleplay a little too far (wy and gaeul dressing as gojo and geto) and really getting into character even bringing their cosplays into the bedroom and roleplaying together 😭😭😭 (this as a crack fic maybe?)

doesnt like it when gaeul gives her attention to someone else, she wants gaeuls attention on her most of the time.

fallderz (yujin x gaeul)

yj isnt the type to get jealous easily but its hard when she sees everyone crowding around her one and only unnie.

gaeul would leave the dorms to run her errands but when she comes back, puppy yj would be following her around the dorms. when gaeul goes to the kitchen to cook, she’ll be lounging around on the sofa, pretending to watch the tv. when gaeul goes into her room, she’ll knock every few minutes to ask a question.

when a fan asks her if she could introduce gaeul to her as a joke, she’d laugh it off but turns to watch the fan’s interaction with gaeul next to her.

yj also considers herself the funniest member in ive, but when gaeul laughs a little too hard at someone else, she’d catch herself staring. then she’ll make her usual corny jokes while hoping for an approval from her unnie.

garibiz (liz x gaeul)

i got nothing for this pair except FLUFF..

gaeul once said that liz makes her laugh a lot so liz makes it a point to be happy and funny around gaeul knowing how much it means to her. gaeul tends to laugh at the silliest thing, even corny jokes, so liz will always try to do something silly & out of her way— just to make her favourite unnie laugh.

liz had always found comfort in the older girl. everything about gaeul makes liz feels right at home. liz’s natural panic exterior matched with gaeul’s calm and cool personality. her fear of ghosts, the dark, rollercoasters— you name it, pairs well with gaeul’s brave soul.

liz spends her time staying at home because its her favourite thing to do, but whenever gaeul invites her out she never seems to say no. after-all, not only did she find the older girl comforting but also cute and attractive at the same time.

extra : sometimes when liz feels moody or not herself she’ll spend her time with gaeul alone in the dorms and they’ll end up sprawled on the couch watching comfort movies together after spending 1-2 hours talking and crying together thats how real their bond is mwah garibiz underrated

gamseongz (?) (rei x gaeul)

just cute as hell i’ve got a good feeling that whenever gaeul sees anything cute online that reminds her of rei she’d just buy it for her and rei would use it and show it off to dives. like a cute hair pin, keychain etc.

“gaeul unnie bought me this the other day”

gaeul would also sent cheering messages to rei for her solo schedules (mc, followrei etc). on the other hand rei would scroll and find cute tiktok trends and would send it into the groupchat for them to do together which gaeul almost never say no to because rei is her baby girl…

out of all the members gaeul has the hardest time saying no to rei and ls cause theyre HER BABY..

surprisingly? gaeul is most physically affectionate with rei too. with other members (yj, wy, liz, ls), they seem to initiate the skinship but with rei it feels natural for her to lean in first.

keep in mind that theyre both introverts that adopted yj so when theyre together theyre at ease too >< gaeul looks after rei so dearly and part of it is probably because she empathises with rei for having to be away from her family at such a young age. she completely adores rei and is always thankful that rei has been independent and never had to worry about her — even though she constantly checks up on her!!

gaeul probably irons her uniform and makes breakfast for her back in their debut days…

whenever the two have to attend a schedule together gaeul cant help it but to worry for ls’s chaotic nature because shes still a kid.

being the youngest her own family, gaeul knew how ls felt so she tries her best to be the unnie that she needs.

“if its too hard on you, tell me okay?”

and ls would always brush it off so as to not worry her.

but she would know. she would know by the way ls curls up in her bed in the middle of the night, ignoring every law of personal space. she would know by the way ls locks herself in her room. she just knows.
