But Louis is always alone, even in the books, but I was hoping for something with Lemuel—more scenes.
What's different as well is, Armand actually loved Louis in the books . They actually lived together at Trinity Gate in NY. Don't see that happening in the show
I feel like in the books, Lestat had many, many lovers and so, AR had Louis and Armand be a couple.
In the show there is no need for all that. David is dead, Armand and Daniel are the secondary featured pairing.
The way is paved for Loustat to heal and be the primary pair (thanks, Jam 😉).

1) A privileged man from Australia speaking on race when he's been around white conservatives all his life? Yeah, I don't want to hear him speak on that one. Lol. Its best he stays quiet. Sam isn't a racist but I don't think he educated enough to speak on the topic.
2) Rolin likes to piss off his audiences but why piss off a group of people who has suffered in this country, especially under the current regime? Why Black people got to be the punching bags this season for mainstream 👀? Black and queer audiences built IWTV and has stayed on despite the differences we see in the marketing for S1/2 and the current season. I don't want any unnecessarily cruelty at Black people's expense. Think about what was said about Michelle Obama recently.
I'm holding my breath for E6 because that "Louisiana chicken wing" comment from Daniel (who betrayed Louis) was so unnecessary. I mean, why is HE mad at Louis?! Lestat and Armand are the ones who are making things difficult for him.
I think suggesting Black people are seen as punching bags is a bit removed from where the show is at this point, especially since the future scene of concern takes place between Black characters.
I agree with you that it’s OK that Sam doesn’t speak on issues he does not have life experience with. I also think your point about the jab at Louis, Daniel is a jerk, but he is having it out with Armand, why make a joke at Louis’ expense? 🤔
