I noticed this comment on the recent Lackadaisy backerkit update and, assuming it's related to the whole donation drama,
I get that it’s the backer’s choice but gosh that whole drama really wouldn't have been a whole thing if Viv was mature enough to keep it private. But NOOO she just had to take it to the public and call upon her fans to shun themÂ
Obviously this isn’t enough to deter Lackadaisy’s amazing backerkit success but WOW, if this becomes like a recurring thing…. I am worried if something like this continues to happen to other indie projects with a less prominent fan backing. I really don’t want to see a future pattern of behavior where Viv can send out her horde of fans to side with her and shit on other projects for whatever reason (especially for Far-Fetched since Viv has the most beef with that)
It's infuriating and frustrating and I wish I had an answer. I'm worried about Far-Fetched too.

Bitch, nobody withheld anything from you. You could have cancelled your pledge at any time during the campaign and didn't. No one owes you a thing, and if you asked your precious Vivzie for a refund after Backerkit had already taken out the transaction fees, she would laugh in your face.
