he  rarely  steps  out  of  his  comfort  zone ,  preferring  to  stay  in  his  own  home  instead  of  completing  the  tattoo  sleeve  he’s  wanted  for  years .  the  pulse  of  the  needle  is  overwhelming ,  like  daggers  to  both  eyes  &  ears ,  so  he  tries  to  focus  somewhere  else .  like  the  artist  who’s  working  on  his  skin .  he  blinks  a  few  times ,  as  if  preparing  a  blank  canvas  for  what  was  to  come —  the  sound  of  her  voice  triggering  howling  wolves ,  fog  &  green  peeking  across  his  eyesight .  he’s  captivated ,  very  quickly .  but  then  realizes  she  was  talking .  after  a  few  seconds ,  all  that  follows  his  flabbergasted  expression  is ,
