#dammit fallout

I appear to have broken the Emogene Takes A Lover quest... simply by immediately going after the ampitheatre before being told to go there by Magnolia. Given that “check for Emogene at the third rail” is literally marked as optional, I have questions about what OTHER order of events they were anticipating??? But Emogene didn’t spawn at the ampitheatre and according to the quest marker is actually at the goddamn cabot house, but behind a locked door that requires a key. But everyone’s acting like she’s still lost. Wtf.
