A time of Deepfakes, bot armies, mass facial recognition, thispersondoesnotexist.com (keep refreshing the page for realistic, computer generated pictures of, uh, people who do not exist), and DALL-E-2 as well. At least DALL-E-2 seems fairly innocuous and nowhere near as bad is the other things in this group—for now.

DALL-E 2 is the second generation of DALL-E, an artificial intelligence model developed by OpenAI new AI model draws images. DALL-E is a deep learning model that uses a transformer architecture similar to GPT-3. It is trained on a wide range of internet text data and can generate text, images, and other forms of media based on a given prompt.
