Almost done with this one. I’m real happy ‘bout it’s progress. I’m also real happy about my new video podcast project DOD45 & right now I’m going to use this drawing as a metaphor for my push to get y’all to check it out & even help turn your friends on to it. See the creature is me & the baby in my grasp is my new project. I’m offering it to you. I will never stop drawing, that’s my foundation, my “roots”, but to keep things fresh for myself, to avoid idleness, I need to experiment with new tasks. For my creative juices to keep “flying” I need my new project (baby) to grow. My wings are my creativity, but I’m rooted with my drawing, to expand, I need you to take my baby into your arms and help it flourish. 😳 Non-sensical? Maybe, but the sentiment exists. I’m thankful I get to create my artwork & you’re out there to appreciate it, but the past dark year and a half has slowed biz for me dramatically & more importantly my mental state has taken a thrashing. This new podcast series has reinvigorated my soul & I’m askin’ ya to help it flourish. Not with financial support, but with nurturing. Things like watching it, engaging in posts about it, sharing it with your mates. I promise you, it’s prosperous growth is prosperous growth for my creativity which is a benefit to anyone seeking interesting visual experiences that my drawings attempt to provide.
