Chances are, if you can't handle it on your own, therapy is the way to go. There really is no need to be embarrassed at all. Most problems aren't meant to be handled on your own, asking for help is perfectly fine and, in the end, you'll be glad you asked for it. It's also rather normal for people to go back to therapy after a while - situations change, people change and that means sometimes you need that help again.

If you can, I really recommend going back to therapy. I'm sure it'd do you some good.

My therapist mentioned that I might have cyclothymia to me months ago but I'm having trouble finding information about it. Do you have any resources or links that explain the disorder and, more importantly, how it differs from Bipolar Disorder? Thanks!
