#daisy headcanons

Hii! Sorry this took so long but I'm clearing out older asks (my Gatsby hyperfixation died but thanks to Chappell Roan we're so back baby!)

Right because they're very Casual by Chappell Roan coded. Which I want to write a song fic about but I've got so many things started. Bear with me though and maybe I'll make it.

Jordan and Daisy met when they were still teenagers and Jordan has been glued to Daisy's side since. She wouldn't normally hang out with people that Daisy surrounded herself with but it was all worth it.

That's when she fell in love and similarly to Gatsby it would not end with just a crush.

She and Daisy would kiss sometimes and they were generally really touchy with each other so some of Daisy's friends figured what was going on.

And Jordan knew they were whispering but she couldn't care less for that. She was mostly dissapointed that Daisy didn't see them as more then just friends and that most likely she never would.

Right but they'd spend a lot of time together and Daisy's family liked Jordan. They though she was peculiar with how she saw no difference between New Money and Old Money and how she'd just party with everyone and anyone. But she was always welcomed.

And so she and Daisy grew closer and closer and soon Jordan was with her at all times. And they'd kiss more, at first after a few drinks and then just whenever they felt like it.

So it almost felt like they were together but neither of them wanted to talk about it.

Then eventually Daisy met Tom and she was everything Jordan couldn't be- so a man.

And it completly broke Jordan. At first she cut herself off but like Gatsby she'd always come back. And so they started growing closer again but this time Jordan was more reserved

And then Daisy told her everything about Tom and they were together again.

Expect still it wasn't perfect because Tom was there and Tom took majority of Daisy's time and attention and truly he was the reason they couldn't be together.

And when everything seemed to work itself back out Jay came along.

And after everything that had happent with Jay Jordan couldn't keep coming back and she finally setteled for some other man.

I want to say they met up after years and had a happy ever after but I'll leave the ending open 😔🥀

Daisy With A Male Prince Bob-Omb S/O

(It's isn't dumb, don't worry! ^^)

(I'll be making them more humanoid but keeping the doofy face, hands, feet and crank on the back.)

Your father was planning on marrying you off to a princess of a neighbouring kingdom, wanting to make ties with a kingdom with plenty of resources.

Unfortunately, you weren't in love with that princess. You loved another. The princess of Sarasaland, Princess Daisy.

Your father didn't approve of your relationship with her due to her kingdom not having the resources or materials the Bob-Omb kingdom needed to prosper.

Daisy was enraged by this, not caring about stupid political power right now. All she wanted was to be with the man she loved and she didn't want anyone to tell her she couldn't.

You keep your relationship, despite how against it your father is. Daisy pays him no mind and only ever focuses on you, she could care less about him.

She treats you like the royalty you are but she doesn't completely pamper you. If you've had a rough day, she'll happily smother you in affection but, if you're still in bed at 1pm, she'll get you outta that bed and make you go on a run with her.

Daisy pushes you to your limits at all times, wanting to get those big doofy feet up and at em!

When cuddling with you, one of her favourite past times, she makes sure to always avoid the crank on your back. It can be uncomfortable to touch and can even cause serious pain. It can even kill you if it is wound up alot so she makes sure to never touch it.

She makes sure everyone knows that. If someone even looks at your crank, she'll go ballistic and you'll need to step in so she doesn't kick someone out of the kingdom.

Daisy can be very protective over you for obvious reasons. Not only is their a death weapon attached to your back but being in love with a princess that wasn't arranged for you could cause many assassins to be after you. She keeps a spare fire flower on her at all times just incase anyone gets any funny ideas...

BirthdayForDaisy2, Day 2

1. She’s 9 (actually 10, but she doesn’t know that) when the first Harry Potter comes out in the US, but she doesn’t read it until a year later when her foster mother is an elementary school teacher who encourages her to read. Technically, she'll realize about fifteen years later, she's Harry's age in the first book as she reads about him finding out who he really is, as she’s able to devour the first three books pretty much in a row. The books are frowned upon back at St. Agnes, which of course only makes her love them more.

2. It's not like Harry Potter gives her the idea to find out about her family and her place in the world – she would have had that drive anyways, already had that drive anyways  – but it makes her feel connected to see Harry’s journey, and it’s hard not to think of him as a hero a lot like her. A parent-less child finding his place, learning that he always already had a place and a sort-of family out there in the world – she can’t help but dream of it for herself.

3. She gives up on the idea of actually finding her parents pretty early, definitely doesn’t expect (at least doesn’t dare admit to hoping) that they might be two living people who have searched the globe for her. Of course she needs to know who they are and who she is, but what she really wants is more of a godfather, a Sirius Black – someone who’s just about connection and hope, who she could call when she gets lonely or scared. 

4. The last Halloween she goes trick-or-treating, she’s in the 7th grade, and after re-reading all four of the published books, her foster-mother helps her make a costume to dress as Cho Chang, with a broom and a paper mache golden snitch. 

5. In 10th grade – her last full year in school – she has a crush on her lab partner in chemistry, and it’s not only because her name is Hermione, but that’s at least part? It’s sort of a thing for her, if she’s honest – crushing on Hermione. 

6. She’s 18, at least as far as she knows, when The Deathly Hallows comes out. Her van is still a few years in her future, and she’s just homeless – mostly staying where she can around Manhattan, spending a lot of time in public libraries with no money to spend on books – but she still gets her hands on a copy and reads it while camped out in the back room of an internet cafe where her friend works.

7. She wonders if Harry counts as a high school dropout, too. 

8. In her short life, she’s lost a lot of precious things, has mostly learned not to care too much about physical objects. But as she’s shouldering her backpack and culling her belongings to what she can carry with her, she wants Hermione’s purse with the extension charm as much as she’s ever wanted anything.

9. As she gets older and reads more, it’s impossible not to grow more critical of the series, of the way Lavender and Fleur and especially Cho get treated. It makes her angry, and Harry Potter is her first real experience of loving a problematic thing, of trying to hold onto the parts that mean something to her even as she acknowledges the myriad flaws of the source material.

Jordan had a crush on Daisy even before they met Gatsby. Ever since the begginging she knew she had feelings for the other. Mostly because it was the closest thing by which she could relate to the way girls talked about the soldiers.

They kissed a few times while drunk and while for Jordan it meant the world Daisy was obevious and assumed that that's just something woman do. Kiss the homies goodnight

It took Daisy very long to realise what she felt towards woman was actual attraction and not admiration. Daisy also, while being popular, never had actually close friends so she didn't realise that the feelings she had for Jordan were romantic

Jordan always hated Tom- since day one. Even before he turned out the way he did she'd always have a bad feeling about him and warn Daisy to stay careful with a guy like Tom.

Also She'd try to convince Daisy to run away with her a couple of time but she was usually drunk and the other didn't take what she said seriously.

Princess Daisy With A Winged S/O

Daisy isn't too concerned about the how or the why of your wings. She just wants to know what you can do with them!

The soft and fluffy texture of all your pure white feathers makes for perfect cuddling. She will always ask you to wrap your humongous wings around her so she can feel all warm and cozy.

The sheer size of your wings can make moving about a bit of a struggle. Daisy makes renovations to her castle to make all her doorways larger, just to make it easier for you to walk around.

If you're ok with it, Daisy will hitch rides on your back and fly places around the Mushroom Kingdom and Sarassa Land. If not, she'll also change her carriage to accommodate for your large wings.

Sleeping can be a bit of a struggle. The giant wings can make you very hot and cause you to toss and turn. That's why Daisy would install hundreds of ACs in her room to keep you cool. Daisy would keep warm by lying on top of you and having your wings act as blankets.

Daisy would always ask about how different power ups would work on you, specifically things like the parashroom and tanooki leaf.

Bobbi helps Daisy practice conversational Mandarin.

Frozen yoghurt. They love it, and they love new flavour combos, and sometimes they artistically or humorously arrange their add-ons.

Harry Potter and Star Wars fangirling!! Daisy cries at TFA because Rey hits really close to home. Bobbi also cries because Han! but makes sure that Daisy doesn’t get any unwanted attention while she’s vulnerable.

They have spa days together. Sometimes with Simmons and/or May.

Bobbi introduces Daisy to quinoa and she doesn’t see what everyone hates about it so much. Bobbi celebrates another quinoa fan joining the quinoa party while Mack rolls his eyes. Simmons prefaces her enjoyment of quinoa with the debunking of ‘superfoods’ but then joins the party.

Daisy is betrayed by the promise of “kale chips” and nopes outta that, and she and Fitz eat popcorn and normal chips while Bobbi is content with kale and sweet potato chips (which Simmons also gets in on).

Daisy much prefers to work with projectiles than in straight-up hand-to-hand combat or even working with the batons. Though she enjoys learning krav maga (Bobbi/Adrianne’s style) she prefers the stuff like cool unusual pistol moves and throwing knives/batons/impromptu weapons from Bobbi.

Sometimes Bobbi gets in on Daisy’s pet shop/park hunting trips x when one or both of them is bummed out.

Bobbi is a boss at styling, and between she and Daisy they are an expert crack team, filling Fitz and Simmons’ wardrobe with successfully stylish yet comfortable and in character outfits, and coming up with perfect undercover outfits that are suited to both the cover and the person underneath it, for maximum effectiveness.

They like singing together including singing in the car and singing karaoke with choreographed dance moves.

Yep, I have already done them but no worries - they’re here x.
