I blended all my celery leaves into my pumpkin soup this time instead of just boiling them for their flavour/goodness, it made the soup darker and less sweet which was nice with the freshly picked coriander leaves and lemon juice. (pumpkin, sweet potato, carrot, garlic, celery) With my tahini on toast and oolong tea.
