it was your decision, @dairymaster, that started this.

Your decision to start selling in france without first building up a network of maintenance partners and then financing a small starter team.

Your decision to sell your stuff to one man so you had no legal ties to your customers here.

One man that does the hard work.

If he succeeds, you reap the benefits

if he fails, only he pays the price

if things go wrong, you blame him

HE NEVER STOOD A CHANCE

and dairymaster knew it would abandon its french clients. they’ll be left with no one to maintain their milk parlours, no way of ordering parts and getting them installed. and this is a lifetime investment so dairymaster is breaking people’s careers here.

but then you’ve made it very clear that you don’t care about your customers: 6 months of ignoring us. when we finally post on social media , you contact...your fall guy in france.

while the first thing you should’ve done all those months ago was make a phone call personally and tell us: “we’re sorry things didn’t turn out as expected but rest assured we’ll work at it and work hard till you have what you paid for: a working milk parlour”

are you so untouchable in #ireland that you feel you can just f*ck over a couple dozen french farmers?

installation still not finished. bolts and screws keep falling off. not replaced. repairs not finished. still not reimbursed #dairymaster france still unreachable via farmer’s phone (only that number...) #dairymaster ireland still silent.

send in a professional (!) to finish the installation, to replace what has fallen off, to repair what is already broken.

telephone us directly to apologise, like mature adults do!

don’t oblige us to use social media to get you to do the right thing!

FRANCE : don’t make us have to send a registered letter just to get an invoice.

don’t call her phone while pretending his number doesn’t work on your phone.

stop giving lame excuses! 

Are all dairymaster milk parlours like that where you live?

I don’t think so.

But they are all vulnerable because dairymaster started selling milk parlours in this country without a professional team or maintenance network in place.

Dairymaster also got lucky with 2 installations that gave the impression they are a normal brand, implanted here like Delaval or GEA, which we found out too late is not the case.

One dairymaster customer was interviewed by a well known farming magazine so that spread gave good publicity to the brand. However this farmer lives on the other side of the country and his parlour was installed some time ago so by a professional dutch(!) team. And he has a local firm for maintenance.

There’s also a dairymaster parlour on the demo farm a big agricultural supplies seller has. We visited this and it seemed normal then but of course this too was installed by a professional dutch(!) team. We don’t know what firm does their maintenance.

Our milk parlour was installed by an over confident DIY’er and there is no maintenance team, no professional experienced firm locally.

This is really crucial: the brand we had chosen first asked their local firm but they discussed it with their technicians and they felt we were just too far away so said no. That  brand then said they could not install a milk parlour for us because there was no maintenance team available

So they were both honest and professional, something we haven’t seen from dairymaster yet.
