Thank you. Frankly, we don’t care. Our about page is as outdated as 90% of the rest of our pages, apart from the schedule and event index. We’re short-staffed and doing out best to stay afloat. If that offends someone, they should offer constructive criticism or help, instead of starting a witch hunts, or sending us anonymous hate mail. Not everything is some grand conspiracy. We simply haven’t been able to update some of those pages in quite a while.

Most of what you see here is posted by just one person, which is no small feat. People don’t appreciate how much work is required to keep a blog such as this functioning, at any level. The person answering this questions has gone through some 300 staff applications by now, and has trained upwards of 100 posters. Training takes days, and most posters don’t stick around for long. Another spent 12 hours posting yesterday, and has been posting for hours each day for a few years now. It’s our choice and we don’t ask anyone to thank us, but a bit of understanding would be nice.

So, we will update the information pages, and the banner, and the theme, and anything else that needs to be updated, as soon as we are able to do so. For now, our focus is on doing what matters most, which is sharing updates.
