dominicpurcell IN THE SUN. YOU MUST WEAR SUN SCREEN. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with a type of #skincancer called BASAL CELL CARCINOMA, the least deadly a couple years back. If left untreated it can cause significant tissue damage. I had a chunk of it removed from the side of my nose. Ironically one of my best friends @thehughjackman. Yes #wolverine also copped it. 😉We both grew up in #australiaplaying in the ocean when #sunscreenawareness was not a big issue. Hughy has had 5 removed, I've had one, with a real possibility the both of us will get more down the road. All due to the fact we didn't wear SUN SCREEN!!. No excuses wear sun screen. I prefer the thick stuff #zinc with an under coating of sun block. Every 45 minutes when I'm #surfing I get out and reapply. .....
