Okay then!

1) take the save file you want and drag+drop it onto the das_editor exe:

2) When the menu opens, press 3 for “Manual Edit Values”. Hit enter, then this will open up a whole list of things.

3) Once the list (as seen below) opens, just keep hitting enter until you get to “Eyebrow Color” (note: it’s easy to go past it, and if you do you can’t go back, so you’ll have to start the process again). 

4) See how there are “Red”, “Green”, and “Blue” values for them? Change them to 0 (the Fenris save I used already has this done, but your “Current=“ values will probably have something like 0.011243 etc rather than 0.000000).

After you do that,, keep whacking enter until you get to the end, and it creates another save file.

There is a method to do this (though it’s not exactly a plug-and-play mod), and it may require a little bit of experimentation on your part to get the exact colors you want. As well, it can only be done *after* the character is made in the CC (i.e., after you have a save game), and cannot be done at the moment of character creation.

First and foremost, you will need the DAI CLI Save Editor tool. This enables you to make color and cosmetic changes to nearly every aspect of your Inquisitor’s appearance (hair/eyebrow/eyelash color, makeup color, and makeup intensity, among other things). NOTE: it will not help you change your hairstyle or eyebrow shape; the Black Emporium is the only place you can do that. 

For a solid tutorial in how to use the DAI CLI Save Editor tool, please refer to this ‘Black Hair is Black’ tutorial. The Word of Mod would recommend going over that tutorial first so that you get a feel for how to make changes to your characters hair & eyebrow settings, even though you don’t want to actually make them both black.

The easiest way to make a white-haired, black-eyebrowed character would be to start in the CC with the whitest hair possible, and then once you have a save file, use the DAI CLI Save Editor tool as outlined in the ‘Black Hair is Black’ tutorial to change ONLY the eyebrows to Black.

Once you know the basics, you may have to experiment to get the exact color you want. Note that along with the das_editor tool (which is command line only) in the DAI CLI Save Editor that there is *also* a GUI Save editor called the DAISaveChunkEditor - but make sure you read the instructions before you use it!

There is, in fact! The mod is a tool called das_editor by ricco19 (with a quick GUI addition by Ehamloptiran), which allows you to change the appearance of several aspects of your Inquisitor’s looks. The Mod Makers recommend checking out this link, which has both the link for download as well as a quick tutorial on how to use the program.

This is also available at the Nexus as the DAI CLI Save Editor.

Hi

I can’t figure out how to use this tool.I opened the das_editor but It says; error no file specified. I can’t drag the DAS file. Same with the other tool.  Oh and the save file Is empty when I press browse. So I have to find the DAS files myself.

Is there any guide how to use this tool?
